<p>The submission status of the portfolio can be one of the following:</p>
<ul>
<li><strong>Not submitted:</strong> The portfolio has not been submitted or has been changed to a regular portfolio after having been released.</li>
<li><strong>Submitted:</strong> The portfolio has been submitted to a group or external system.</li>
<li><strong>Archiving:</strong> The portfolio has been released and is awaiting archiving.</li>
<li><strong>Released:</strong> The portfolio has been released from submission but has not yet been changed to a regular portfolio.</li>

<p>When you select this option, portfolios that you submitted for assessment
are displayed. This includes portfolios that are currently under review that
you can't edit and portfolios that have been released recently.</p>
<p>You can turn the latter into regular portfolios in the page or collection
settings so you can edit them and continue working on them instead of the
original portfolio.</p>

The site setting '<b>Isolated institutions</b>' has been enabled. To comply with this setting, certain existing portfolio access rules need to be permanently removed from the database because portfolios cannot be shared with people in other institutions any more.

If you do not wish to continue, disable the isolated institution setting in the config.php file. Doing so will remove this message, and you won't need to modify the access rules.

The site setting '<b>Own groups only</b>' has been enabled in addition to 'Isolated institutions'. To comply with this setting, portfolio access permissions need to be updated. If portfolios were shared between account holders who are not in at least one group together, the sharing permissions will be removed because portfolios can only be shared with other group members.

<li>Upload that ZIP file in this form.</li>
