There are currently two ways in order to make contact with the <phrase>Kubuntu</phrase> Project, mailing lists (e-mail) and Internet Relay Chat (<acronym>IRC</acronym>). <acronym>IRC</acronym> is a form of real-time communication, and is the quickest way to communicate with the <phrase>Kubuntu</phrase> Project

In order to properly use the mailing lists, it is recommended that you subscribe to the list you are interested in. Subscribing allows you to post a message without having it sit in a queue to be authorized and it also allows you to receive messages from others who are also subscribed to the mailing list.
