When you insert an Audio <acronym>CD</acronym> into Kubuntu, the system will recognize it, mount it, and then ask you what you would like to do with the <acronym>CD</acronym>. Choose <guilabel>Extract and Encode Audio Tracks</guilabel> and then press the <guibutton>OK</guibutton>. This will open <application>K3b</application>, the <acronym>CD</acronym> and <acronym>DVD</acronym> Kreator, providing you with various options.
