To restore a backup made with <application>Simple Backup Config</application>, press <menuchoice><guimenu>System</guimenu><guisubmenu>Administration</guisubmenu><guimenuitem>Simple Backup Restore</guimenuitem></menuchoice> and select restore source folder and available backups from drop-down menu. Choose the files and folders you want to restore, click on the <guibutton>Restore</guibutton> button and confirm your choice.
