Ubuntu One is a online service that is Free to use for syncing files and other features. It is neatly integrated into your Ubuntu desktop.
When Ubuntu Accomplishments detects you have accomplished something new the trophy will be sent to a verification server using Ubuntu one. This is simple, safe to use, and the only information that is shared with the server is the information you can see in Edit -> Identification - this information is not shared with others or given to companies. |
