This is the ocPortal upgrade tool. This tool is a part of ocPortal, but it is intentionally kept lightweight to minimise the risk of a corrupt/old ocPortal installation causing it to itself malfunction.

Once you log in you will be presented with some options to help you upgrade or perform maintenance on your ocPortal-powered website. If you can't remember your password, find the <tt>admin_password</tt> line of your <tt>info.php</tt> file and use the one between quotation marks (this isn't your actual password, but it is based on it and will get you in).
