This template contains the strings from the Win32 GUI part of the application. I usually send a message to the dcplusplus-devel mailing list roughly a week before release when I upload new strings so if you want to keep your language up to date, subscribe here: <https://lists.sourceforge.net/lists/listinfo/dcplusplus-devel>.
